An experienced Digital Project Manager is required for a leading Central London based digital agency. Candidates will have a proven track record in managing digital projects ideally in an agency environment and leading teams of up to 10 developers. This is very much a project manager position and not a strategist role so candidates are expected to understand PM processes and terminology, manage a team of developers both on site and offshore and have a good technical understanding. Candidates should be used to managing projects of around £500k and these will ideally be web build projects. Someone who “gets” mobile will also be beneficial. Candidates will be responsible for managing delivery of iterative and ongoing enhancements to the online presence of a major mobile telecommunications company. The role will involve actively participating in a dynamic project environment featuring local digital teams and geographically distributed agile technical teams. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, confident and autonomous decision making, facilitation skills, and an ability to maintain an even temperament in a pressurised environment. Hands-on experience in web user-experience production is a must. Previous experience of working closely with technical development teams is preferred.
